I've been losing and gaining weight on and off for the past few years. And I'm tired of it...
So this is the last time. I'm getting rid of this weight, getting healthy, and getting fit once and for all.
I don't judge. Feel free to ask me anything and I'll try to answer as best as I can.

Here is my dinner its a vegetable frittata with cashew butter, dragon fruit, sweet potato "fries" I made from scratch with a pinch of oregano and a green smoothie made with kale, spinach and 100+ other green vegetables.

Should I make my oatmeal with milk or with water.
